Guardians of the North is a documentary series that follows a team of dedicated First Nation responders and wildfire fire-fighting agencies that work together to protect the people, property and resources in one of the wildest, most remote regions of the world: the boreal forest of Northern Saskatchewan. Warm dry weather has spawned the season’s first wildfires, and rookie Aidan gets his first taste of danger. For new recruit Travis, his air attack training is put to the test over the season’s first big fire.
